SlipUp — Refund Policy

1. Applicability
This Refund Policy applies to paid purchases made through SlipUp (https://www.slipup.io), including the one-time payment to unlock the full version (e.g. unlimited entries).
2. Refund eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date if:
- The paid feature does not work as described (e.g. unlock not applying on your device), and the issue cannot be resolved with our support.
- You purchased by mistake (e.g. duplicate purchase).
Refunds are at our discretion for cases outside the above. We may refuse refunds if we suspect abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
3. How to request a refund
Contact us by email at davidmusali8725@gmail.com with:
- The email or identifier you used for the purchase (if any).
- The approximate date of purchase.
- A short reason for the refund request.
We will respond within a reasonable time (typically within 5 business days) and process approved refunds via the same payment method used for the purchase, where possible.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed as quickly as possible. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. After a refund
If a refund is granted, your access to the paid feature (e.g. full version unlock) may be revoked. Your locally stored data (entries, reflections) is not deleted by us; it remains in your browser unless you clear it.
