Last updated: February 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using SlipUp (“the Service”) at https://www.slipup.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
SlipUp is a web-based tool for logging and reflecting on mistakes or moments (personal use and optional group use via “SlipUp Inside”). The Service is provided as-is. Data is stored locally in your browser by default; optional anonymous sharing may use third-party infrastructure (e.g. Supabase).
3. Your use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.
4. Payments and purchases
SlipUp may offer a one-time purchase to unlock additional features (e.g. unlimited entries). Payment is processed by third-party providers. By purchasing, you agree to our Refund Policy. Prices and availability are subject to change.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, and code (excluding any content you create), is owned by SlipUp / the operator. You retain ownership of your own data and reflections. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate the Service (e.g. storing anonymous shared data if you choose to share).
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlipUp and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months (if any).
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described there.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
